Chicago Hot Spots Lincoln Park. Roly Poly Sandwiches Interview And Review

Roly Poly rolls up an excellent treat! Location and Interior Design 8/10 Located at 2235 N Lincoln Ave, fairly close to the red line and a couple CTA bus stops, plus, it’s down the street from Children’s Memorial hospital, and I consider this to be quite a healthy meal, especially for recently hospitalized children. Plus, it’s pretty much in the heart of Lincoln Park so there’s a plethora of other things you can do after you finish getting your chow on. The design and layout of the place is actually very charming. They have Christmas lights strung all about the place, even in the middle of summer, which is when I paid them a visit. The walls are a calming, there’s a good amount of kitschy art laying around, and the overall atmosphere simply oozes of comfort. There were places where I felt the walls were a bit bare, but it didn’t detract from the experience all that much. Selection 10/10 For a place that seems, on the surface, a run of the mill lunch spot, the amount of things they have on their menu is astounding. Yes, you’ve got the obligatory salads and soups, what have you. But the rolls in this place knock every other business attempting to compete with them out of the park. They have avocado for one thing, which I always equate with a business that cares, that’s not a very common ingredient. Even the salads have pioneering spirit in them, like a Cape Codder salad, which I unfortunately did not have the chance to try. But based off the sheer variety of the sandwiches

Pair’s Paisley Pear a dream

Pub crawling in historic England
It’s probably not the best day to be going on a country pub crawl. Snow is forecast and there’s a foreboding chill in the air but the chance to cosy up next to blazing pub fires, sipping warmish pints of real ale and swapping childhood stories with old friends has something of an enticing, wintry charm about it.
